“Our house had significant damage from the tornado that came through Ocean Ridge in February. You never really know how good your insurance coverage/company is in until you file a claim. It took me some time to understand the roles of the adjuster, SageSure and IAT and find that SageSure was just the accounting/billing operation while IAT was responsible for paying the claim.

While it was sometimes difficult to reach IAT people to understand the status of the claim, they eventually paid the claim in full after receiving documentation from myself and Paul Davis our contractor. They paid out over $100,000. I would definitely recommend them to your other customers.”

“Matthew Bradley did an absolutely fantastic job writing us new insurance. When we bought in Sunset Beach (Sandpiper Bay) in 2009, we went with Coastal Insurance for our insurance needs. I was not particularly happy with their customer service or lack of attention (shopping new rates, etc), but remained with them because it was easy.

Last week we received the premium on our homeowners and I was shocked at the number. I asked a neighbor for a recommendation, and he suggested Don Bullard. Matthew answered my email inquiry and immediately went to work. What a great experience. He was attentive and prompt and secured excellent rates on the homeowners. I also ended up switching the auto and added an umbrella policy at his suggestion (and was something I had meant to do).

Our 2020 homeowner rate was $2954 with Coastal. The new premium for 2021 invoice was $3561 (with no claims or changes on our part). Matthew was able to get us a rate of $2279. Amazing. What a dolt I was for not shopping sooner.

He also wrote us auto/golf cart policies and while not saving a ton there, the bundled rate helped lower the homeowners.

Policy forms were sent promptly. Insurance cards were easy to print out. He handled the mortgage payee stuff for homeowners. Seriously – a painless and outstanding experience.
